Shipping policy

We aim to get your order out to you as soon as we can. After your order is processed, it is then ready for shipment. You will receive a tracking number via email. Please follow this for your own personal updates. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID-19, AND ITS SUBSEQUENT IMPACT ON THE POSTAL SERVICES, THERE MAY BE LONGER THAN USUAL WAIT TIMES ON DELIVERY. 

WE ARE WORKING AS FAST AS WE CAN TO SHIP YOUR ORDERS, WHILE ADHERING TO SOCIAL DISTANCING REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITED STAFFING.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AT THIS TIME. 

Shipping Within Australia

  • STANDARD POSTAGE (3+ business days).
  • EXPRESS POSTAGE (1-2 business days).
  • INTERNATIONAL STANDARD POSTAGE (5+ business days).
  • INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS POSTAGE (2-5 business days).
  • Delivery time is calculated in business days from time of despatch and can vary on your location.
  • Your order will be sent via Australia Post with each order having tracking and signature on delivery. (Please note current COVID-19 conditions may affect this. Check with Australia Post if you have any concerns).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
  • All orders are final. We aim to ship within 1-2 business days of your order being placed so please contact us ASAP with any changes and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 Christmas cut-off dates Within Australia (excluding WA & NT)

  • STANDARD POSTAGE order before 13 December
  • EXPRESS POSTAGE order before 20 December

Local Pick Up 

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID-19 THIS OPTION IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE.

  • Pick up hours are strictly: Monday, to Friday, 10am-4pm.
  • Please ensure that you have received an email stating that your order is ready for collection BEFORE you come to the Warehouse. If you do not have an email, then your order is not ready for collection.

Pre-orders

If your order contains a pre-order item then your whole order won't be sent until the pre-order item arrives and it will be sent altogether.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please make sure that your email address has been entered correctly at checkout!
